2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 3-5 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 11am CST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. During sales, shipping may take longer - but be patient, the reward is worth the wait!
3. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
It’s simple! Create an account and log in to see the status of your order. You can even see past orders and easily re-order the products you already love. You will also recieve tracking Information via order email.
4. DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
No way, Our products are totally cruelty free.
5. DO YOU USE PARABENS IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
No. OohLala LipLush products are paraben free.
6. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Orders are checked for defects prior to shipping. OohLala Liplush does not accept returns and exchanges.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
7. SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER / MY ORDER WAS INCORRECT!

8. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, load your shopping cart and begin the check-out process. There will be a field to enter your code at the start of the process. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered per order on OohLalaLiplush.com
9. WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED ON THIS SITE?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
10. DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Currently, we can ship to customers in the United States, Canada, UK & Ireland. We also ship to AFO/FPO addresses
11. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?
Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Please note: If you’re paying with PayPal, it will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account which may be different. You may also review your order by clicking Track Order under the My Account tab at the top of the page.
12. HOW DO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us immediately after making your purchase at lalaunlimitedllc@gmail.com. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to modify the contents or cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to help!
13. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR MISSING?
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:
1. Check with neighbors and family members
2. Look around the delivery location
3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further
Note: OohLala Liplush Online monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). OohLala Lip Lush reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
